Terms of Use

Terms of Use:

The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the photographer/creator exclusive rights to the images in which they created. These exclusive rights make it illegal for any person(s) to copy, scan, edit, or share photographic prints and digital media without the photographer‘s permission. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

Digital Images (Flash Drive) Terms of Use

Up the Hill Photography gives the purchaser of the digital images rights to reproduce the images and make an unlimited number of prints for personal use ONLY. You may not use any UTH images for commercial purposes, or enter any UTH images into competitions without the express written permission of UTH. Reasonable requests may be accommodated. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print (only those who have purchased the images may print them), alter, or otherwise steal any image created by UTH. This also includes, but is not limited to, taking a snapshot of a picture with a camera or camera phone or taking screen shots on your computer.  UTH retains full copyrights to all of the images.

Note from the photographer:  A lot of behind the scenes hard work, thought, creative energy, and dedication has gone into creating images that reflect you and your families. I ask that you please respect the dedication that I have put into the training, education and equipment, that enable me to capture these images for you. Please do not steal them.
